The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools were documented as Pirates, Pillagers under the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the U.S.A. by charged with the verdict of "Guilty" by the Tribunal/Judicial Tribunal because Bernice Pauahi was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".
Issues of  Piracy, Conspiracy, Racketeering, Pillaging, Criminal Tresspass, Collusion, Theft, Fraud are issues that the Trustees will be facing....Information sent to U.S. President and Secretary of State who were informed of these issues.

Summary
All of Kalola's siblings were "next of kin" to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.............and Bernice Pauahi Bishop was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's" as uncovered/discovered in research.
All of Kalola's Family(ies) including all of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, Kaumualii's et. als. children, step children, hanai hookama/adopted children's descendants are part of the Kamehameha's and all have the rights to charge, prosecute, imprison those Trustees who have wrongfully claimed to be the heirs and owners of the Trust created by banker, plantation owner, pirate Charles Reed Bishop who did set up a conspiracy against the Kamehameha's and his ashes needs to be removed and dumped out into the streets or sent back as a documented Pirate in the Hawaiian Islands.
This is a Legal Notice to all that the True Owners of all the lands wrongfully, criminally claimed by the Bishop Estates Trustees and partly defined in the Land Court Case No. 1227 is null and void due to the documented piracy, pillaging and the "Guilty" verdict by the Tribunal/Judicial Tribunal utilizing the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV.
Also know that some of  Kalola's Family members were the parties in the Crown Lands Case in which the State of Hawaii were the Plaintiffs in their Courts.
The entity State of Hawaii which is the agency which evolved from the Territory of Hawaii, the Republic of Hawaii, the Provisional Government, formerly the 1/3 entity of the Hawaiian Kingdom's temporary, voted in part of the government which was made up of conspirator's, pirates, treasonous persons now documented, and who were supported by the United States who since 1871 usurped their own American citizens utilizing a Secret Second Constitution by the bankrupt bankers, as documented by Whistle Blowers Vladimir Putin, Karen Hudes, et. als.
The Kamehameha's exists.  The Royal Families who are the land owners, the land title owners, etc. exists while maintaining a neutral, friendly, non violent Nation status recognizing the permanent Treaty(ies) with the U.S.A., others.

Kuini Liliha (c. 1802–1839) was a High Chiefess in the ancient Hawaiiantradition and served the Kingdom of Hawaii as royal governor of Oʻahu island. She administered the island from 1829 to 1831 following the death of her husband.

Early life[edit]

She was born in 1802 or 1803. Her father was Ulumāheihei Hoapili, a son ofKameʻeiamoku, one of the nīʻaupiʻo (highest noble rank) royal twin brothers. Her mother was High Chiefess Kalilikauoha of Maui, who was the daughter of King Kahekili II of Maui and his half-sister bride Luahiwa. Some genealogists say Liliha was only adopted by Hoapili, but the practice known as hānai was considered a bond as strong as a blood relation.[1] According to them, she was the biological daughter of Kaokanu, a son or grandson of Kaolohaka-a-Keawe, one of the many issues of Keaweʻīkekahialiʻiokamoku; and his wife High Chiefess Loeau.[2][3] Her name means "heartsick queen" in the Hawaiian language.[4][5] She had no siblings. She married Boki, an advisor and friend to King Kamehameha II.[6]

Boki, Liliha, and Mataio Kekūanāoʻa were principal members of the entourage that accompanied King Kamehameha II and Queen Kamāmalu on an 1824 diplomatic tour of the United Kingdom, visiting King George IV. The entire delegation contracted the measles, since native Hawaiians had no immunity to the disease. As a result, Queen Kamāmalu and several chiefs died, including Kamehameha II who was so distraught after his Queen's death that he died in Liliha's arms.
Boki and Liliha survived the measles and Boki took charge of what was left of the delegation. They managed to secure agreements of friendship from the British government. The Kingdom of Hawaii also became a protectorate of the British military under those agreements. Boki and Liliha returned to Oʻahu with the bodies of Kamehameha II and Kamehamalu in 1825 on the British warship HMS Blonde.[7]

Catholicism[edit]

Liliha became embroiled in the dispute over freedom of religion in the kingdom. Kaʻahumanu had become influenced by the Protestant missionaries in Honolulu and was baptized into the Congregational church. Heeding the advice of her Congregationalist ministers, Kaʻahumanu convinced King Kamehameha III to ban the Roman Catholic Church from the islands.
The priests and lay brothers of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary were forcibly deported from the kingdom. Native Hawaiians who had converted were persecuted. Some were beaten and imprisoned. When Kaʻahumanu discovered that Boki and Liliha were among the first chiefs to convert to the suppressed Hawaii Church it angered the queen regent, who wanted all the chiefs to accept Protestantism in order that all Hawaiians would follow. Kuini Liliha's steadfastness in her Catholicism influenced Native Hawaiian Catholics to persevere even in suppression. Only after the intervention of the French government and Captain Cyrille-Pierre-Théodore Laplace and Kamehameha III's proclamation of the Edict of Toleration did Hawaiians like Kuini Liliha have the legal right of membership in the Hawaii Catholic Church.

Royal governor[edit]

As royal governor, Boki incurred large debts from the foreigners and attempted to cover them by traveling to the New Hebrides to harvest sandalwood. Before departing in 1829, Boki entrusted administration of Oʻahu to his wife. One of her new responsibilities was to become legal guardian and sole trustee of the properties of Kamehameha III, who had become king as a child. This was opposed by Kaʻahumanu who was ruling Hawaii as queen regent and had developed a rivalry with Liliha. About this time, Kaʻahumanu forced Liliha to give up some of her land in an area known as Punahou to missionaryHiram Bingham I. This eventually became the site of Punahou School, also known as Oʻahu College, for the children of the missionaries.[8]
Boki and his entourage were lost at sea and pronounced dead, leaving Liliha in administration as royal governor.[9] On April 1, 1831 Kaʻahumanu heard rumors of a planned rebellion, so sent Hoapili to remove Liliha of her power, replacing her with Kaʻahumanu's own brother, John Adams Kuakini as governor of Oʻahu. In November 1833 (after Kaʻahumanu's death and Kamehameha III came to age) some chiefs planned to back her as Kuhina Nui, a position similar to prime minister or as powerful as co-regent. Instead, Hoapili put his support behind Elizabeth Kīnaʻu, who also acted as governor of Oʻahu with Kuakini returning to the island of Hawaiʻi.[10]

Legacy[edit]

Liliha had numerous other husbands and partners. In fact, she was probably the most married chiefess during her lifetime; she had a document seven partners or husbands. Besides Kahalaiʻa Luanuʻu and Boki, she married Kalaniulumoku and Namaile by whom she had daughters, Jane Loeau, and Abigail Maheha, respectively.[11] King Kamehameha III declared both eligible for the Hawaiian throne, and they were sent to the Chiefs' Children's School later known as the Royal School in Honolulu. Her fifth husband was Kamaile, and she had a son, John F. Koakanu and two daughters, Maheha Keaupuni and Kailinoa. With a final husband Haalou she had another daughter.[1]
She died on August 24, 1839 in Honolulu and was buried on the sacred island called Moku ʻula on Maui. Later she was reburied in the Waineʻe cemetery.[6] Although treated as a rebel by Kaʻahumanu, she was generally loved by the people. For example, a traditional hula chant honors her memory.[12] A street is named for her in Honolulu.[13]

Bernice Pauahi Bishop, who was NOT the "last of the Kamehameha's" married Keawe brother in law of Kamehameha III - Kauikeouli son of Kamehameha and had hanai / adopted son Opunui. Keawe's own son was David Keawe.
Opunui was the father of Kapopo (w); Charles Kauweloa (k); and Alenoho (k). Opunui also married Keaka (w) mother of Kapehe (w) his wife; and stepdaughter Keala (w) (that's how locked in the genealogies are).
Return to the above genealogies to review who Kamehameha III - Kauikeouli's families through Opunui.....and this is only part of the Opunui lines.....Opunui's siblings lines are not covered here....his siblings from the same mother were: Kekipi; Keawe; Mahoe; Papa; Kahalaoa; Nalimu; Kihei; Keku; and Kuahine. Note: Kihei, Keku, and Kuahine had different fathers. There are stepsibling's of Opunui who are not the bloodlines of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and Opunui's mother because they were adopted or children of his mother's other marriages to others.
As for Bernice Pauahi Bishop, her next of kin noted in her Probate was Kalola (w) yet another ancestor of ours. I, Amelia Gora descend from her on my father's genealogy lines, and an heir of hers from my mother's genealogy lines because her grandson was married to ancestors from both genealogy lines.
Four (4) of my ancestors are named in the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Now do you see why the Bishop Estates/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are and remain a corrupt entity, a Pirates, Privateer, Parasites, Conspirators, Treasonous batch of corrupt individuals who needs to be prosecuted, imprisoned, taken back by the U.S. government as Pirates, Racketeers affecting our families, our good people, and Innocents wrongfully plundered upon due to these investors of Goldman and Sachs Wall Street bankers, etc. who utilize our private assets, lands etc. of our neutral, non- violent, friendly peoples who includes the Kamehameha's who uphold the Permanent Treaties which assists the American people to secure their U.S.Constitution?

11 years ago on April 13th on a Friday myself and 3 others stood in front a Judge. We were accused of Criminal Trespass II reduced to Simple Trespass. The day we got arrested they put it on the 10 news about activist fighting for "Hawaiian" land. Wrong, we were standing for our rights and kuleana. After being looped in the system for months we had our day in court. The Prosecutor said if we could prove separation of jurisdiction and powers from both the State of Hawaii a...nd the United States the Judge could recognize our claim. Our point was they could not apply their authority on Hawaiian Nationals. There were 16 arrested that day. On April 13 on a Friday I delivered what the prosecutor requested. I handed the clerk, to hand to the Judge, a letter from the late Senator Inouye. He was a United State Senator for the State of Hawaii. (two birds w/ one stone) He could not come to our trial due to a mandated Constitutional Separation of Powers. I looked it up and found within the Separation of Powers was "The Doctrine of Political Question". In this doctrine it speaks of land if created by another Country can not be decided in court. It is of a political matter between the Executives. The Judge took a look at the letter asked a few questions flipped thru his books and accepted my oral motion to dismiss with prejudice. The prosecutor had nothing else to rebut and the Judge rendered a decision to grant the Dismissal with Prejudice. I know this was not of my doing but the grace of ke Akua that worked this case. You see we were not suppose to appear that because the case was already dismissed w/out prejudice. The Judge asked why our names were on the calendar and all they could say was it was a mistake. My dad stood with me and he had his say in court. A week later all others were also dismissed w/prejudice. All 16!!!! Since then we have lost a few of those warriors. This post is dedicated to them. I miss you Bradah Lonohiwa Kekahuna.
