Tim Taylor When the govt owns the biz it's them paying themselves. 10G probably. It's more about not getting the hospital clogged up with a bunch of damn sick people getting in the way of smooth billing. If you don't admit them, they don't get stuck there, and it's easier to not lose money. Ship 'em off to die in Honolulu. Kona is San Francisco retired lawyer and New York biddy land.
