Have you contacted ACHP 106 here in DC about the FEMA and the cleaning up including bridges, roads, etc that will be handled with FEMA funds on Kauai?
Have you explained to those who have lost their homes, those who are hungry, or thirsty, why you did not ask for FEMA Emergency which would have covered all these problems?
