Hank Fergerstrom It may be interesting to note that the Sheraton Waikiki sits partly on Ceded lands...how many remember the old wall that was there to keep the ocean away form the property.....that was taken down to add to the property of the Sheraton.....this information can be fact checked in th Napeahi v Wilson case referring to what is considered submerged lands and how those lands become part of the ceded lands trust.....please ask...I have a wealth of information just waiting to be dispersed...
