Deldrene Herron I hope he is prepared for questions on how allodial land titles alloted to the chiefs and konohiki by K III, KIV, KV, Lunalilo and Kalakaua under Patent Law and Common Laws ended up as "less than allodial". Also the Land Commissioners had no power to change land titles. Only the monarch had that power. Royal Patents and Royal Grants, which were stolen from the chiefly bloodlines and their heirs after the Illegal occupation of our nation began, are still valid today. 
NO TREATY=NO ANNEXATION=ILLEGAL OCCUPATION. We are still in a "state of war". We are not a free country. America still has a gun to our head, has pillaged our Kingdom treasury and holds our land titles hostage. 

Too many ignorant , brainwashed professors carry on the lies of how the land was lost. Too many plantation lawyers and conniving businessmen, and corrupt judges have rewritten the laws of the Kingdom since the overthrow of our government. 

How do we fix this? Many "good American" Kanaka don't want to hear what Kingdom patriots are saying. They better listen because the genie is out of the bottle and he won't stop telling the historical truth.

Donovan Preza Aloha Deldrene. I am aware of the "less than allodial" and "Royal Patent Grants" argument. It is far too complicated to discuss over FB but I would be willing to discuss it at the presentation. My understanding of the "less than allodial" is probably different than yours. "Less than allodial", is defined as a "life estate" (see LCA 433 to William Crowningburgh which can be found in Chinen, The Great Mahele, on page 10). Allodial means "fee" so less than "fee" makes sense because the only kinds of title in western property law that are "less than fee" are life estates and leases. me ka ha'aha'a.

Ekolu Kalama Allodial means supreme lord, owing vassalage and fealty to no one. Kam III modeled the Mahele after the French and used Bouvier not Black's (English). I hope this brings clarity to the matter. You also cannot be sovereign and governed, they are opposing ends of the spectrum. Know who you are and act accordingly 🙏🏽

Ekolu Kalama They taught me the first night of real estate school that all lands in Hawaii are stolen, that's why everyone is required to have title insurance. That is why I never became a real estate agent.

Is there evidence (primary source documents) that Kamehameha III was using the French definition? 

I thought we were modeled after British Common Law?

Does the French definition include "native tenant rights?"

This book was found with Lies, Indoctrination, FRAUDS About Fee Simple Titles which was published in 1896:
LAND TITLES.
During the period of 1846-1855 the ancient tenure of land was abolished, and the foundation laid of individual property in land. In the first place, the king as feudal suzerain divided the lands of the kingdom between himself and each one of the 75chiefs, his feudatories, this partition being recorded in a book called the Mahele Book, or Book of Division. After this first partition was closed, out of four million acres there remained in the king's hands about two and a half millions. The king then redivided the lands which had been surrendered to him, setting apart about a million and a half acres for the Government, and reserving for himself as his private domain, about a million acres, including the best of the lands. The common people were granted fee simple titles for their house lots and the lands which they actually cultivated for themselves, called Kuleanas or homesteads.

What you folks are doing, by allowing Hawaiian Immersion Funds Grant to be administrated by CNHA which has been a MAJOR ADVOCATE for Federal Recognition, is just another acknowledgement and VERIFICATION that you as an Organization that is sworn to the betterment of the Hawaiian people, THAT YOU HAVE FAILED in this kuleana...
Hawaiian Immersion Charter schools should be FREE from ANY type of Political pressure. OHA and CNHA and OIWI TV have used Aloha Aina pictures to advertise and market Federal Recognition, which is WHY the Lahui that have keiki in Hawaiian Immersion Charter Schools are AGAINST CNHA administrating their kula funds.
AS Trustees and Administration STAFF, you are VERY aware of the dissent that the Lahui has with CNHA and those that heavily advocate for Federal Recognition.
The Federal government does NOT actively use Beneficiary funds to PROMOTE FEDERAL RECOGNITION
CNHA DOES
The Federal funds that the schools currently get are NOT held or compromised for support of the Federal Gov't
CNHA WILL REQUIRE THAT (they've done it w/o permission)
WHY Can't CNHA advocate for those other funds that Kauhane mentioned, and she doesn't have to bother with the 1.5 million from OHA?

Heidi Holomua Admin/Grant Division just admitted they "made an error" in not taking this to the Board before awarding the grant, thus, there is NO award until the Trustees approve the same. Trustee Akana just gave Machado the document that states the same. BOOM!
