Vol VI No. 669 Part 3

State of Hawaii district court is a court of records supposedly upholding common law, and must proceed without aide of a statute, judges have no discretion in a court of record and can only do ministerial functions, in conclusion district courts are courts of law and must proceed under common law not chancery, all judges are committing chancery knowingly under color of law, there by hijacking their victims to foreign courts of fiction, which simply means that these judges are committing a felony. Punohu Kekaualua Heirsof Kamehameha to my understanding we all come from the same source and have the same claim. We ain't gonna outlive the earth but can make it better for our future generations, not ownership , but stewardship with the understanding to cherish, care for, but most protect what is dear and sacred to us.
